Scott Palmer didn't get a chance to take a shot at his good friend and defending world champion Steve Torrence in the first round of Top Fuel.Ìý

His Magic Dry Top Fuel dragster blew up while performing the burnout at the AAA Insurance ²ÞËùÇ¿¼é Midwest Nationals. He then hopped out of his dragster and climbed over the wall so Torrence could take a solo run, advancing to the second round. You can see the video below.Ìý
